Like the rest of the tasters, I am not a huge jasmine fan- But this comes out ornate and not excessively flowery. Honey color and good mouthfeel, I’m also looking forward to trying this chilled.
3 Tasting Notes
Ruby red color at 5 minutes, smell is unique, like the seaside, almost. Needed more steep time- Taste was barky, complex, but weak at time steeped. Very drinkable. Finishes lightly and with tinge of salt, compatible with the seaside smell.
I agree that the tea has lemon notes- followed by a slight spice and then a mellow finish,
Totally enjoyable- Not too heavy.
