Made the traditional method on box. Delicious and warming:) This makes a nice substitute for the homemade hot chocolate my Mother used to make with a lot less calories with the Vanilla Chai base. I think I will add a chocolate tea next time I make this:)

this is the second time I made this tea. The first time, it was just ok. Nothing special. Today I boiled my water and waited only 2 minutes for the infusion. It is better, but still nothing special. I added raw sugar and milk to cut the boldness of the assam. I am anxiously awaiting my GM order!
Got really cold tonight, I am on my second pot of this tea and I am finially thawing. This medium strength ceylon is the perfect companion to a sweet cookie. No need for milk, I did add rock sugar in the infuser basket.
I find myself reaching for this tea more and more. The blend of black, green and peach are perfectly balanced, you will be hard pressed to find a better black/green blend.
I am so glad that the weather is cooler. I was so tired of 100+ temps. PG Tips this AM. Tastes like morning to me. Simple. Just good tea.
Nice choice at night for that chocolate fix. It is not a strong chocolate presence ( if real chocolate is what you are craving, eat some M&M’s) but as far as tea & chocolate blends it is spot on! Nice caffeine free, zero calorie indulgence. The honeybush in this blend smells wonderful, one can almost catch a vanilla-ish wiff, I am guessing this the creaminess peaking out of my cup. I am not a big fan of honeybush or rooibos, but this tea has earned a place in my tea cupboard. My only complaints about SanctuaryT teas are 1. no brewing directions on the tin and 2. the tin is hard to get into…cute but difficult to open and not spill the precious tea inside.
I have two Santuary T teas in my cupboard (Geisha Beauty is my other) and both are keepers!

Drank this morning. Got three decent infusions from one pyramid infuser.
Added milk each time for the perfect morning tea. Even though this blend is made entirely of Assam tea leaves, I did not feel that this tea was as robust as PG Tips. But, I did enjoy it very much this morning and would consider purchasing if and when I ever place a TeaForte order. I really should put TeaForte on my Christmas wish list along with a red Cafe cup….
The sugar is becoming more noticeable as the brew in my cuppa cools down. This is my favorite oolong because I like the sugar and caramel notes:)
This morning I thought…PG Tips for breakfast or rather brunch…made a pot and choose NOT to use sweetener. Voila, I like my Tips again:) Perhaps is was the hot weather and or it was the stevia sweetener that I was using at the time. I only added a wee splash of milk and my morning was complete. Yea!
You gotta love that Monkey:)
Comfort in a cup. After all the teas that I have sampled, this one tea remains my favorite. The vanilla and chai are in perfect harmony. Had this tea two ways tonight: plain and traditional chai method on stovetop. Yummy both ways:)
I am slowly getting back into wanting hot tea. It got so darn hot here this summer that the thought of hot tea turned me off (it did not help that I got sick drinking PG Tips this summer…I really hate that too, My tips no longer appeal to me…sad) but I am slowly emerging back into the tea scene. But my tastes seemed to have changed. The teas that I liked iced, I don’t like hot. I guess that is normal but I wish I had realized that before I placed my last GM order…sigh…and I don’t want milk in my tea anymore…bad memories…another sigh…
I made a pitcher of this tea and finished the last cup with lunch today. The sugar was the dominant player and it was so tasty and satisfying after lunch. SOOO, good in fact that I made another pitcher tonight so I can have this tea with lunch again tomorrow. Love this tea cold, the caramel and the sugar play off of each other as they both linger on my tongue. THIS is fast becoming my favorite tea!
Made this sample last night. Really soothing hot, but OMG much better iced IMO!
The vanilla is perfectly balanced and the mint is just right, not so over the top that you feel you are drinking mint chewing gum, it feels pleasant in my mouth. I have never been a fan of green tea, but this combo with the black tea is a win win for me. The pleasantness of a green without the grassy notes and the comfort of a black tea without the bitterness. I wish I had sampled this before I placed a GM order, but there is always next time:)
Thanks to mrawlins2 for sharing this tea with me! It is delicious hot and cold:)
Placed my order with GM tonight.
Love this tea. So soothing and yummy. The chocolate and the spice is spot on. Definitely on my reorder list!
Made this tea today in my IngeniTea…as I was brewing, I had the brilliant idea to carry the teapot with me to work today so I could reinfuse those leaves later in the day. Perfect, and because it is plastic, I was confident in carrying it around. Easy to clean at the end of the day. This tea had become one of my staples in my cupboard. No need for additives, it is perfect in every way. Not bitter, smooth with hints of orange make this tea very refreshing:)
Day one of teacher inservice done. Made a pot of this tea and enjoyed it with a slice of homemade coconut cake. Did not add milk or sugar and I think I liked the tea better clean. Very pleasant coconut aroma and flavoring, just the right amounts of everything!
Breakfast tea this morning. Added milk and stevia. This tea is good, but very one note. I think the Ceylon Black from DTL may be better than this one…but the jury is still out…
drinking this again tonight for my dessert! Very coconutty and comforting:)
Second time drinking this tea. I am more impressed this time. The leaves opened up more and thus the flavor is better. Added stevia and milk to round out this mornings breakfast tea. Smooth ceylon that reminds me of an english breakfast tea.
Chocolate hits me as I open the cute little tin, the tea looks soft and inviting as I measure out 1.5 tsp. This is a really nice way to end the day. Caffeine free goodness in my cup. Nice and delicate chocolate taste. Will gladly repurchase when this sample is done.
Had this after lunch today. Smooth black tea with hints of orange. Very refreshing:)
Pg tips made in my 9 ounce teapot. This ratio of water to teabag is perfect. No bitterness or astringency, just good smooth black tea. This new little teapot has really thick walls, the tea stays hot till the last drop:)
Made this stovetop tonight, mixed one heaping tsp of this Chai with one bag of Vanilla Chai, 3/4 cup water, 1/3 cup milk. Delish, the spice is just right.
I have another Chai in my cupboard that I will try mixing in with this 52 Teas blend, will post on that experiment soon:)
