1184 Tasting Notes
I am not a coffee fan, but I was very curious about this mate. It actually isn’t too bad. The berries are kind of a nice touch. However, I don’t like coffee so I probably wouldn’t drink this. I just bought enough for 2 cups, which I am glad about. Maybe I will give the rest to my friend who drinks coffee and try to convert her to tea! Mhwahahaha
Preparation
This isn’t too bad. Lots of sweetness, with a hint of cherry, and a tiny bit of “cake” flavour. I am not getting any pineapple.
I will probably drink my sample size bag, but there are much better teas out there. I won’t be getting any more of this.
Preparation
Yay! Another honeybush!
Hot, this tastes a little weird. Cold though, it is delicious. Root beer without the fizziness, and with some creaminess like ice cream. I will add sweetener next time to make it a real treat.
I will be drinking lots of this in the summer!
Preparation
Backlog from yesterday.
I am not sure how this differs from the original version and one day I will have to do a comparison. This was delicious though. It was a little spicy which I wasn’t really expecting but I didn’t mind it. The vanilla adds a nice, smooth creaminess. The pumpkin is light, and I wish it was a little stronger. But, I didn’t add sweetener which would bring out the pumpkin more. Next time, I will add sweetener.
The oolong is nice and smooth. So comforting on a overcast cold day.
Preparation
Oh this is so good. I picked up on honey notes right in the first sip. The malty chocolate notes develop at the end of the sip. I noticed some nutty notes in the aftertaste and wasn’t sure exactly what kind of nutty notes I was picking up on. When I looked at the description, I saw pecan and decided yes, that is the note I am tasting.
I find myself being drawn to straight teas more and more.
Preparation
After a few days of not having any loose leaf teas and only drinking Keurig chai lattes, I am happy to have loose tea again.
I have never had lychee before but this is delicious. The first couple of sips of this tea were interesting. Tasting something for the first time is always exciting. As I continued to sip, I enjoyed it more and more. There are lots of fruity notes (which I assume to be the lychee). The floral notes are in the background and are subtle, but I find that they add depth to the tea.
Resteeped for 4.5 minutes was just as delicious, and I found that the floral notes came out a little more.

Merry Christmas to my Steepster family!
I shared a Christmas morning pot of this tea with my family. I just love watching children open Christmas presents.
This tea was comforting and perked me up for a fun filled day of family time.
I thought this tea was fairly enjoyable but I don’t think that I would repurchase it.
Love this tea ♥♡♥
