791 Tasting Notes
This is a sad sipdown because I will miss this tea. I love to make this as a latte with a tiny bit of cocoa added. I find that I always “need” more chocolate. My treat! Because I needed a hot treat on this super cold day!
I drank this while watching the gold medal game and it was so exciting that Canada won!!!!
Thanks to KallieBoo! for this sample. I am glad I got to try it!
I can’t find it on their website, but some people have listed ingredients in their tasting notes. As soon as I saw rose, that’s all I have in my mind, because as much as I love floral teas, I am not a fan of rose or lavender. So I pretty much just tasted rose. But I did get notes of vanilla and almond.
This is just a mini sipdown. I have finished my first bag of this beautiful tea that made me fall in love…..ah….
Good thing that I still have a large bag because I never want to run out of this tea.
Especially with a tiny bit of crystal sugar, it is amazing.
This is amazing iced as well. I made a very large mug to finish off the bag and the rest is chilling in the fridge.
This white never fails to be creamy and dreamy. One of my favs for sure. I think I finally have to up this to the 100 rating status because it never lets me down and is always delicious. A little bit of rock sugar really elevates this tea to the next level. LOVE!
Flavors: Cream, Melon
It is fricking cold today, so I needed something tropical to take my mind off the cold. This did the trick! I am mostly getting pineapple today.
I think I finally found the sweet spot for steeping parameters of this tea because the base is very finicky and can get astringent very quickly. I used 1.5 tsp of leaf.
This honeybush is so delicious, I really should have got 2 bags. Of course, there could be more chocolate, but I always say that! I really enjoy the sweet woodsy flavour of the honeybush, and I find that Frank does a really good job with all the honeybushes.
I love this as a latte for dessert!
