Weekend latte treat! Delicious as usual with some steamed milk and a tad bit of brown sugar
Wow, the reviews are not very good for this tea. However, I found that I really enjoyed this. I am pretty surprised as I am not so much a fan of all the hibiscus in DTs blend lately. I don’t mind stevia, so I thought the sweetness was pretty good. I think I would even buy this again!
I would probably rate this at 90
I brewed this as iced
This tea is so delicious, creamy and with that sweet cantaloupe juiciness. A tiny but of rock sugar really brings out the sweetness if the melon
This is pretty good. The vanilla could be a little stronger as some others have mentioned. I tried it without additions first. Nice for the evening with a splash of vanilla creamer, I just couldn’t resist the creamer tonight.
This is just ok for me. Nothing too exiting or spicy. Just an average chai
This was pretty decent. I don’t mind the pu’erh in this tea, it isn’t fishy. The berry taste is there. Maybe a little too much hibiscus.
Mmm…silky smooth jasmine.
Shared a pot of this with the in-laws yesterday. 4 minutes makes this brew too astringent. The maple flavour still comes through. I must remember to keep this at a 3 minute steep in the future.
I find that a lot of 52teas blacks need a short infusion time
2 tsp for 2 minutes is the way to go with this tea. Still delicious, with some grainy notes. I think using more leaf really allows the sweet potatoe notes to develop more
I steeped 1.5 tsp at 85 degrees for 3.5 minutes. It was really good, sweet kinda strawberry and a little hint of the white tea. I will have to try a shorter steep next time. I am going to hold off my rating until then
