A white tea colored morning…
Pale yellows, snow-dust greys… The desert landscape is so rarely this subtle. Nevada’s sky and mountains are so bright and vivid by nature that it’s a bit of a shock whenever I wake up to a view like this. Momentarily tamed, subdued, relaxing… it’s what I needed, today, both outside my window and in my cup.

It’s night-time now when I’ve finally finished the focused tasting note and last brew of today’s Mo Li Yin Zhen. The writing and brewing and detailed cleaning of teaware throughout the day has definitely restored my mental balance.
