Guangnan Green Pu-erh from New Mexico Tea Company
75

I really like this tea, It’s got a nice pu-erh flavor, but not as strong as the aged.
I can usually get 4 steepings out of it, though I’ve found that extending the traditional steeping times by 20 -30 sec makes a big difference. I also brew the first two cups at 185, and the second two at 195, it seems to help get a little more out of the later steeps, which unlike the longer aged pu-erh can get a little thin. I don’t notice any of the typical bitterness of the green pu-erh, and rather enjoy this one as it is.
