This is the most delicious oolong I’ve ever had. I was a bit nervous about the basil, but it was only present at the end, and even then, it wasn’t overpowering. The oolong definitely came through, and the lemon took a backseat to the wonderful flavor of the oolong. Some sugar really enhances the contrast between the lemon and the oolong. It’s a shame I wsa only given two ounces; it’s one of my favorite teas.
