110 Tasting Notes
This one wasn’t too bad. It’s black and it’s got a rather nice fruity flavoring to it. It was not perfect though.
I was not fond of this. I’ve definitely have better orange flavors.
Black and something very green-ish flavored, but very anticlimactic. Not good or bad.
This one is a beautiful, good lasting flavor. I love the zing in it and I don’t find it too sweet or tart or anything really.
Not half bad for a bagged chai that’s ready in minutes. It’s warm, and smooth, dry on the back of the flavor and spicy without being abrasive.
This was neither under- nor overwhelming. It’s a very generic fruit flavored black tea that I’ve seen done far better and far worse.
Pretty bland and innocuous compared to what I was expecting.
This one is completely fail for me. It smells faintly citrus-y, faintly lime-like, but never quite right. The flavor isn’t there at all. I was very sad to see this taste test flop.
One of my favorite oranges (just behind Tazo’s Wild Sweet), this one needs a long steeping time at a high heat. But it turns out perfect. It really is the scent and taste of oranges sticky and sweet on your fingers and in your mouth. Sometimes I find it just a touch too abrasive or sweet, but it’s really the perfect back up.
From yesterday morning. This is still what it was when I opened the sampler box, boozy and warm to the scent but too sharp on my tongue.
