Although I’m not a fan of their use of artificial flavorings in some of their teas, their customer service was above and beyond fantastic. I do enjoy some of their blends but have never gotten the chance to go to their physical store. They were very helpful, letting my take my time smelling and asking questions about their tea. The atmosphere was fun, the people working seemed like they really enjoyed working there. My boyfriend was sick while we were there, and the man at the counter gave him a complimentary cold 911 tea! I also like how their tins have separate compartments on top so customers can smell or touch the tea as they please without compromising the tea they actually serve to you. It was definitely a memorable experience.

One of my favorite places to meet up with some friends for a relaxing afternoon. Chill music, great selection of teas served in real china, small but unique selection of desserts. Also, staff is always very friendly and helpful.

My love of tea began with a quest to find the best bubble tea. After some research I found an Asian inspired tea shop that happened to serve amazing bubble tea, as well as loose tea. I was really new to loose tea but my friend ordered jasmine pearl tea. Once I took a sip, I was hooked! Tea soon became my new passion.
