Aroma: Sweet grass
Liquor Color: Deep yellowish green
*Liquor Flavor:
Crisp grassiness, refreshing with a light sweetness
Notes: Bitterness is not something that’s a bad bitter in this tea. The sweetness is well balanced. I would not use the word bitter to describe this but instead, crisp. I think this would be a delicious energizing iced tea for the summer after a workout. I’m pretty new to Japanese greens but this one was pretty good.

My love of tea began with a quest to find the best bubble tea. After some research I found an Asian inspired tea shop that happened to serve amazing bubble tea, as well as loose tea. I was really new to loose tea but my friend ordered jasmine pearl tea. Once I took a sip, I was hooked! Tea soon became my new passion.
