This is one of my staple teas – I buy it in bulk at a great shop at the Atwater Market in Montreal – it has a great maple smell before steeping, and the maple flavour comes through wonderfully after steeping.
I don’t know who the ultimate supplier of the tea is, but I’m quite impressed with it – it’s my favourite maple tea of all I’ve tried so far, and go through somewhat absurd amounts of it at home and at work.
