Very mediocre. I couldn’t get my regular sencha today, so this had to do, but it’s really unspectacular.
108 Tasting Notes
The only herbal tea I can drink to fool myself into thinking that I’m drinking something caffeinated. I combine it with a bag of black if I’m out of spiced chai, and it’s not bad.
Absolutely revolting. Avoid, avoid, aviod! (Exterminate!)
Can you mess up bagged peppermint? It’s as good as any other I’ve had. Maybe one day I’ll find a really good one, and realise how lacklustre this one was. Until then, bottom’s up.
I was looking for a substitute for straight raspberry leaf tea (can’t stand the taste, but I like the benefits), so I gave this a try. Much better than plain raspberry leaf tea, but I don’t know if I like it enough for it to be a daily drink.
They may have oversteeped it (it was a sample they gave me in store) – I think it needed some milk, as I found it quite strong. I’d like to take some home to brew myself, and experiment with steeping time.
Quite pleasantly surprised. I like it a lot! Not nearly as strong as what I usually like for breakfast, but it holds up just fine.
A nice strong breakfast tea.
I had this at the cafe, and I don’t think it was prepared properly. Too bad.
Lovely and warm and spicy. Like chai, but not quite.
Pretty standard bagged chai, so I like it well enough.
I finally decided to try this, having heard only good things about it. It’s great! And it really is cheaper loose than buying it in bags. Looks like I’ve found a new breakfast tea.
Pleasant. Went well with my bacon and eggs.
I’ve finally found a rooibos I like! Tastes like pumpkin pie, mmm.
Kind of like warm Orange Crush … O_o

Not so keen on flavoured white teas – white tea is so mild, any flavouring completely overwhelms the taste.
I like that it’s red, but I just don’t like the taste that much.
Meh, Rooibos.
I’ll only drink this if I have a cold, and with honey.

Tastes like flowers, when brewed properly.
