TONS of cinnamon this stuff is amazing. The orange definitely comes through tea. Is EXTREMELY naturally sweet. All of us loved this tea. The owner was at the Toronto Tea Festival and was very friendly.

Easily my favorite tea from Adagio. I think i’m a big fan of the lemongrass. I know I love coconut but that doesn’t seem so strong. Resteeps 2-3 times.

This tea didn’t taste like cough syrup to me or anything of the sort at all. It was quite tastey actually. Tasted lightly like blueberries. Just a LITTLE bit of cream flavor.
Good cup of tea but nothing particularly unique or interesting about it. Flavors did come out when cooler but nothing grand. Overall a good tea that I’d drink again but not something I was particularly fond of.
Wow. This is only the second time I have had unflavored matcha so this rating is a bit biased in direction of new experience but this stuff is amazing.
Matcha was very strong and vegetal and delicious and frankly just reached out and slapped me saying “I’m Matcha! I am flavor – don’t ruin me” to all of my previous flavored experience. Absolutely loved this stuff and want to share its deliciousness with everyone around me.
I’m no big fan of green teas either. This stuff is just delicious.
I’m thankful I put in all the work and made this on the stove with milk and honey as otherwise I don’t think I would like it at all. The rating is compared to other chais prepared in similar methods as after all the work, the tea was quite yummy. But how can something not be delicious when it contains milk and loads of honey? This tea though smelled strongly of coffee which is okay, I like coffee. But as it brewed I smelled a burnt taste and this was reflected in the tea. I suppose that is how dirty chai is supposed to taste? But this wasn’t for me.
Oh buttered sweet vegetables how good you are. Okay this is by no means my favorite oolong but it was very nice. As I now know Baozhong/Pouchong is between oolong and green tea and the taste of the tea definitely reflects that. Resteeped well. Taste on the light side.
Met the owner at the Toronto Tea Festival and he and his employees were amazing. Their stand was definitely the best there and they had ~10 teas set up.
Still not sold on marshmallow teas but this one was decent. I do like caramel so that was probably it. We all enjoyed it enough and second steep was good – I nearly always do 3 minute first steep and 4-5 minute second steeps for favored teas unless I find the second steep isn’t worthwhile.
I LOVE pumpkin teas and this one is amazing. I did a side by side with della terras pumpkin pie and really couldn’t compare them. Neither deliver on their name – I definitely would never consider this a chai nor would I consider Della Terra’s to relate to the pie.. But I love them both! in different ways. This one tasted less like pumpkin than della terra’s but was.. i don’t know. We all liked it slightly better.
The double spices should have skipped double pepper and double cloves as they become overpowering and that’s largely all you taste with first steeping. Second steep was much better (yes, I double steep chais.. first steep usually ~4 mins second ~10). Used 4g/8oz as I use with all chais.
NOT the biggest fan of Early Grey’s but figured I’d give it a go. As my sister said “theres nothing particular great about it – its just a good tea”. She gave it a 4/10. I’ll give it a bit higher as I think its above average. Definitely only steep it for 1 minute as the website suggests. I used 2grams/6ounce with 1 minute steeping time as the webpage suggests and think it would be overly bitter if steeped much longer.
The chocolate barely came through but I think this was by design. As others have said, this seems to have more green tea which I am okay with. I enjoy apple teas very much, but enjoy others far more.
I can’t decide if I like this tea or not. It really just tastes like some hodgepodge of fruits which is just weird and I shouldn’t like it but I keep finding myself drinking it and liking it. I think after a few cups I can get over trying to taste different fruits and just taste… black cat? but that will be hard. I’ll have to revisit this rating later but for me, right now, this tea isn’t so for me.
This sample was from Veronica and I can see how people who don’t favor strong chais love this tea, however I prefer strong chais. The tea had plenty of cardamom pods and cloves but not too much, and very little cinnamon. Was quite good though. I’ll drink it again but I don’t find it something to write home about.

I absolutely love this stuff. Prepared gongfu style and steeped 10 times. All largely the same tasted and likely could have steeped a few more times. As others said, tea is creamy on the front and slightly vegetal in the back. Tastes sort of fruity throughout. I’m not so versed on oolongs but I absolutely loved this tea.
Dry – Smelled amazing.
1st steep – delicious chocolate raspberry. Both tastes were distinct and delicious
2rd steep – much less chocolate taste but raspberry is still there and is very tastey
3rd steep – chocolate is gone but raspberry still shines.
Possibly could have steeped 4th time but was bedtime. Very good tea.
Overall not bad. The raspberry is quite light and fairly artificial. Almost like raspberry cough drops as others have said. Dry it smells amazing and complex. Steeped it is uninteresting.
Smells and tastes like perfume for first and second steep. Definitely not my cup of tea.
The new Chiffon offering is amazing! If you have had the Lemon Chiffon and loved it (which everyone does.. check the reviews) you have to try the lime! I’m not a big fan of lemon but loved the lemon chiffon and frequently have it as a night time wind down tea. The Lemon Chiffon has been replaced by Lime Chiffon! So refreshing. So limey. Amazing tea that lights up my night time cup. And I used 2 min steeping so I could have multiple infusions.
15 minutes after finishing the cup – I STILL taste the lime. It is completely coating my mouth in this amazing lime goodness.
2nd steep (3 mins) – The tea retained most of its ridiculously strong lime taste. Is absolutely amazing. Loving this tea.
This tea smells and tastes terribly. I found a Della Terra tea i simply detest! which is fine, I LOVE others. I may give it another chance but frankly I don’t think I will bother as my palate found it repulsive.
I love this stuff. You can clearly taste all of the flavors listed and it certainly tastes like it is named. As others have noted this tea resteeps surprisingly well for a flavored black tea. This is likely a Della Terra tea I will keep permanently stocked.
