I must be a purist when it comes to Pu-erh but I’m just not liking the favored ones. While I enjoy this tea I just know I’d enjoy it more as a black or green tea.

Another great della terra tea. First almond tea I have had and agree with others it smells and tastes more like amaretto (which is similar anyway). This is likely due to the almond flavoring (almond extract?) that always gives this flavor. That said I really liked the tea as did my tea tasting buddy. Definitely recommend brewing time longer than the 2-3 minute stated on bag and to stick to 1.5 tsp/6-8 ounce. As others have said, this tea is good but lacks some in strength of flavor – but you can often compensate with combo of more tea/longer steep.

I guess I haven’t had enough cucumber mints to compare so I don’t see why this tea has a low rating. I thought the mint was superb and the tea was amazingly refreshing.
Wasn’t a giant fan of this sample that Azzrian kindly sent me. Tried it with 1 tsp and 2 tsp and neither seemed to do it for me. A big fan of Della terra’s grandma’s pumpkin spice too.
One of my favorite teas. The mint and chocolate go together perfectly and has no “fake” chocolate taste. I always keep this one on full supply.

I got this as a sampler and made sure to order more as soon as I made another Della Terra order. The tea is amazing and holds through second steep very well which isn’t so common with flavored blacks.
This is my go to Apple tea and I go through a lot seeing as company tends to enjoy apple teas. Everyone has always loved this one.
Need I say I love pineapple and coconut teas? This one is superb though. I’m a big fan of Della Terra as their teas are consistently good. Agree with the 5 minute steep time but didn’t think this tea was so mild as others have said.
I suppose there really is NO tea in here but.. wow. This stuff was great. The 4 oz bag I got was gone in under a week. I really couldn’t get enough of it. The peach is refreshing and potent. The herbals complemented the peach very well. I don’t tend to add sugar to teas but tea really made this one “pop”. I wish Darlene’s tea port had better shipping practices. I really do not like their packaging and will not be reordering from them.

This was my first pu-erh and was definitely impressed. I will definitely have to be getting more. It lasted 10 steeps very well (probably would have been more but I got busy for a minute and let the 8th one brew for 2 minutes ooops) and all were distinct and delicious

Like others I got this as part of the sampler pack which is very well put together and contains 4 loose green teas with bags, 2 pyramids, and instruction books that contain interesting info on tea. Absolutely loved it especially for $3. Even set aside the tea manual to keep.
Bear in mind this is my first loose leaf green tea so we have a limited sample problem.
1st infusion – boiling 30 seconds. Very flavorful. Nutty earthy taste.
2nd infusion – boiling 15 seconds. Less strong and sweeter liquor
I also did 3rd and 4th infusions which my tea buddy and I both enjoyed as much as the others.

Another great della terra tea! I’m really liking this company. But this one is probably my least favorite.
The chocolate at first is quite pronounced and not overly “fake” as some chocolates have been but it is slightly there. The chili flavor is not strong enough for my likings but I’m a heat freak and live on spice. Unfortunately the after taste isn’t so great and is kind of bland with the fake choco lingering and the chili kick not being enough. Other chili teas have had a strong chili after taste which this one just lacks. Frankly della terra should add far more chili to this. People who order chili teas are likely fans of hot stuff and while this tea is good its not quite spicy enough.
The pumpkin taste was minute but I did not miss it at all. As others have said the cinnamon was light but this was preferable. The spices really came through and while not over powerful (I tend to be a fan of very strongly flavored teas) they stuck in my mouth and danced around a bit.
Lemon. Creamy. Goodness. This was my second Della Terra tea and I was definitely impressed. I couldn’t taste a hint of rooibos. A friend that I enjoyed this with was not a fan of rooibos but said this was one of his favorites. I drink a lot of tea and am short on decafs and this will definitely be a staple. The tea lasted a second infusion quite well too.
