Kyoto Sencha from Zoka
75

Steeped in a paper cup of hot water of unknown temperature for 1:30 using a hand-packed tea bag.

Tasted like a stereotypical green would be in my mind. It was solid and satisfied my craving perfectly. It wasn’t bitter but was plenty flavorful for a green tea.

Though I don’t normally steep green’s over again, I steeped this two more times and neither time was it bitter. It lost flavor expectedly, but didn’t get bitter which was refreshing.
