Mmmmmmm, not so good. Definitely tastes like it was flavored in lab, not by citrus. It tries, but fails. Got this in a pinch in a sample pack and will not buy again.

A great solid morning cup. Steeped as directed and it was delicious. Took milk well.

After reading some reviews I decided to try this tea. It is very good, but I’m not blown away. I like a strong bergamot hit and this one is rather mild to medium. It has a cedar wood aroma that is interesting, but doesn’t come through in the cup.

After drinking more of it, I realize it has very little bergamot. Far to little for me. There are other Earls I would rather drink.

I was pleasantly surprised by this guy, In a teabag no less. Fresh, kicky bergamot aroma and flavor through the whole cup. I didn’t taste any licorice like some other tasters, which is good. Bergamot and licorice separate please. Took milk well and I probably overstepped it too, but still good.

A light bodied tea with a mostly bergamot flavor- the grapefruit adds a wisp of something. It is light and crisp and citrusy, but not too much. Takes a touch of milk well. Very good. Even better when it cools off a bit- the citrus shines through. Quickly becoming a favorite.

Medium bodied tea with a strong bergamot aroma. When brewed it still has a strong bergamot flavor, without tasting fake or overpowering. Takes milk like a dream. My gold standard for Earl Grey.
