This is my go to fruity tea, I have enjoyed this tea both hot and iced. When served over ice it is minter than when hot.

Masala Chai has been one of my favorite chais for a while, I nomally get it from Rishi tea, but I was in Teavana the other day and thought I would try theirs. I enjoyed it This one does not have as much of the spice that I am use too but I did enjoy the ginger, it came out more in the Teavana version.

I perfer all teas iced, so this recipe was: 8.33 weighed ounces of hot water 3tbs of tea blend for 4 mins and 8.33 weighed ounces of iced.
