I love how many coconut bits are in this one! Dry, it smells mostly coconut with an afterthought of cheesecake.
Yum! This is really good! Strong coconut taste and a creamy sort of feel which I suppose is the cheesecake. The cheesecake comes out mostly in the aftertaste, though, which is a nice little suprise. I think this one might have to be a constant in my cupboard.
