This is sweet, creamy, and very tasty. I added caramel rock sugar to this to sweeten it even more. I purchased the sugar from my local tea store, Clipper Ship Tea Co. This tea is just good normally, incredible with this sugar. With this sugar it becomes caramel strawberry cream rooibos. The rooibos itself is good. It brews clear, not cloudy like bad quality rooibos. All of the rooibos I bought from this seller on EBay has been good, I have not tried his other products.

I brewed this once in an 18oz teapot with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water for 5 min. I choose a rooibos tonight because I am avoiding caffeine for the next few evenings.
