drank Rose Rooibos by Simpson & Vail
1758 tasting notes

Picked this one tonight because a: I remember liking it and b:I am again avoiding caffeine. This is a nice savory rooibos from Simpson and Vail. The lavender and rose give it a savory character. It has rose hips in it as well but that is a subtle fruit and it doesn’t provide much sweetness. Still, it is a tasty tea for a rooibos. Compared to savory rooibos tea it is excellent.

I brewed this once in an 18oz teapot with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water for 5 min.

Flavors: Rose

Preparation
Boiling 5 min, 0 sec 3 tsp 18 OZ / 532 ML

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
