This is excellent tea. I brewed this eight times over a period of hours. It was slightly bitter and slightly sweet. It had a variety of complex notes but I admit I was not paying attention. I will pay more attention next time. The tea did not lose strength even in the eighth steep. I used slightly more tea than usual so it was strong.

I brewed this eight times in a 207ml Taiwan Clay Teapot with 10g leaf and boiling water. I steeped it for 10 sec, 5 sec, 10 sec, 10 sec, 15 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec, and 1 min.
