This is a very mild tasting white tea with a minimum of bitterness and astringency. It’s a little lacking in both depth and flavor. It does have a certain natural sweetness to it.
I brewed this one time in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 5 tsp leaf and 185 degree water for 3 minutes.
