drank Tea Honey by Savannah Bee Company
1758 tasting notes

I decided to review something related to tea today, Honey, crafted specifically for tea by the Savannah Bee Company. They concept it you are supposed to still taste your tea when sweetened with this honey. The honey should not take over the tea. I used one large spoonful of this honey in Whispering Pines Cocoa Amore. It provided an almost invisable sweetness using one spoonful. The flavors of the tea, malt, chocolate, and cherry were still present. I know some honeys I have would have overpowered this tea and all I would taste is the honey. This is good stuff. It rates quite high when compared to other honeys. Savannah Bee Company was running a sale for 15% off my order. Don’t know if the sale is still on.

Bio

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
