Slept in today, woke up too late for a gongfu session so I brewed this western style. It has notes of wet storage but just barely and notes of spice on the tongue. There is a nice sweet note too. Overall it is not bad for $13.49 for 250g. It wouldn’t win any awards but I am enjoying it.

Steeped this one time for 15 seconds in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water after a 10 second rinse.

Preparation
Boiling 0 min, 15 sec 3 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
