drank Asian Pear by Clipper Ship Tea Co.

This is a nice mildly sweet tea. The taste of the pear is not as strong as I would like. It is good though. I am happy that Clipper Ship Tea Company is back in operation even if it is only a small store with limited selection.

Brewed this one time with 6 tsp leaf and 175 degree water in a 16oz glass Teavana Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper for 5 minutes.

Flavors: Pear

Preparation
175 °F / 79 °C 5 min, 0 sec 6 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
