1 Tasting Note

I’m very new to drinking loose leaf tea and even more new at reviewing it, so I’ll give my noob opinion just in case someone like me decides to check it out! I brewed 3 teaspoons of this tea for about 24oz in hot water for 3 minutes, I stirred in some local organic honey and wow, I really like this tea! I’ve had literally 2 other loose leaf teas in my life (lots of bagged tea though) and this tea is so far one of my faves. I haven’t tried it without the honey to sweeten it. It definitely has a very strong fruity flavor and I can taste the rooibos in it as well. I have to agree that the green tea flavor is not as strong as it could be, but I like the tea as is. I specifically requested a flavorful mild tea, and it does not disappoint.

Professional college student, pastry chef, cake decorator, and fan of all things tea. My favorite time to drink tea is at night right before bed. There is something so soothing about a hot cup of tea at night when the dust has settled.
