I was introduced to tea drinking through good ’old jasmine tea, so I really enjoy it and have had quite a few versions of it, bagged and loose.
I tried this version of it at a small cafe near my area. When I ordered it I was a bit dismayed to receive a blistering hot cup of bagged tea, expecting the usual disappointment in a sachet.

Oh ohoho, was I WRONG. This bagged jasmine was splendid! And it still is as I drink it right now. I’ve had this tea about three times now and have made a whole pot of it. I managed to get a whole pot out of one sachet/bag so that was very nice.

As far as flavor goes, the jasmine is on the strong side. First the green tea hits the tip of your tongue for a second, then the fresh sweetness of the jasmine fills your mouth, with a creamy smoothness following it to the back of the throat. I haven’t experienced any bitterness from this tea. I really do recommend steeping at 195 degrees F for 3:30 minutes.

This is the best bagged jasmine that I’ve tasted yet. I love the fresh creaminess. It’s also great for drinking cold/iced! Favorite bagged jasmine tea.

Last Words: If you are going to buy/drink a bagged jasmine tea, go for Mighty Leaf’s and you won’t be disappointed.

Hi, I’m Chiyo nice to meet you!
I’m 21 years old and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area of California.

I love tea! I’m pretty flexible with my tastes, I’m willing to try any cup of tea that I can get my hands on. I won’t say that I prefer any certain type of tea, although I do have some favorites. Although my top-rated teas and favorites are subject to change.

Happy steeping. :)

Talk with me about tea or anything at all.
