A quick coldbrew note!
I have learned that chocolate teas work wonderfully for cold brews. The taste was intense – chocolate and mint with a smooth tea base, no sweetener needed. The lips turned this tea a lovely red. Another iced tea for royalty!
My usual coldbrew – 1.5 teaspoons for one 12 ounce container, steeped over night in the fridge.
