drank White Peach by Harney & Sons

Today was the day I found a white tea I enjoyed. This tea is pleasant, brews to a more full bodied cup than the handful of whites I have had guts to try. And it doesn’t have that grassy hayness to it that leaves me wondering what the heck I am sipping on. Much more tea like. Maybe I just needed the peach, as I seem to be very forgiving to teas that contain peach. But this tea had a smoothness to it, almost a silkiness to the taste, not quite buttery but still slippery and delicious. Great to unwind with this afternoon. I may have to toss a few bags with cold water into the fridge and see how it does iced.

Thanks Soccermom for sharing this wonderful tea with me. Definitely will be purchasing more of this!

I just rec’d a few bags of this in a swap the other day but haven’t tried it yet. It’s encouraging to read your review (the person giving it away disliked it, but I didn’t get any detail on why). Looking forward now to trying it soon!

I am feeling better but my nose has had better days. I love Spring but when things start melting and growing allergies kick into overdrive. At least my tastebuds seem to be intact. I hope to have time to review and drink more teas over the weekend!

Looking forward to reading your tasting notes on this tea, Janefan!

Live in the cornfields of IL, but not too far from the city. Expecting a baby any day now (due Oct 24 2011). Sticking to mainly herbal and low caffeine teas for now. Trying to encourage my husbands tea drinking, but he adds so much sweetner he may as well just drink diet pop. I love trying new teas, and will try any tea once.
