drank Napa Blanc by Lupicia
1711 tasting notes

I’m really not sure how to feel about this tea at the moment. It reminds me a lot of Lupicia’s muscat tea, but with a little more tang. Dry it smelled faintly like bubblegum, but once brewed I’m getting muscat and jasmine. I may have over leafed this because it tastes really strong. It is also reminding me a bit of Stassen’s jasmine tea with the super potent jasmine pucker. I really enjoy that tea cold, so I’ll have to try this one cold some day as well. The aftertaste of this tea is really strong and lingers for a while with a bit of that tang hanging on as well which is kinda nice. Verdict is still out on this one.

There was too much jasmine.

Dustin

Usually I love too much jasmine, but it is a little odd with the muscat.

My name is Dustin and I like tea.

I’m an added flavor kind of tea fan, but have had a growing appreciation for plain. I want my tea to remind me of cookies and cakes with coconut and almond slices with a hint of chocolate drizzled on top. I want dancing ponies and flying monkeys shooting off fireworks! And no hibiscus. Hibiscus is the devil.
