Trying this cold steeped in my David’s Glass Carafe that I absolutely love! It has been sitting in my fridge for a few days now.
The lemongrass really stands out in this! I really don’t get any of the green tea base, it’s all lemongrass. The aftertaste is weird at one point. It almost has a Pine Sol sort of flavor to it. Not in an unpleasant way, just odd. Adding cream really mellows out the lemongrass kick. I think I might prefer it this way. Adding sugar… and it’s even better. I think cold steeped is the way to go with this one!
