drank MateVana by Teavana
1711 tasting notes

I decided to revisit a few Teavana teas that have been kicking around my house for a while and this was one of them. I’m surprised at how much I like it! It has a deep flavor, almost coffee like, but not bitter. I can taste a little bit of almond and some notes of chocolate. After recently having a disastrous tea that was a blend of several types of teas and herbals, I’m impressed that this was pulled off so well. I’m not really a fan of Teavana anymore for numerous reasons, but this tea reminds me of why I was drawn to them in the beginning.

I really like this one too! I’ve run out, but would replace once I have room. It’s nice now and then.

I think I bought this one on a whim during a sale without having tried it before. It was a lucky pick!

My name is Dustin and I like tea.

I’m an added flavor kind of tea fan, but have had a growing appreciation for plain. I want my tea to remind me of cookies and cakes with coconut and almond slices with a hint of chocolate drizzled on top. I want dancing ponies and flying monkeys shooting off fireworks! And no hibiscus. Hibiscus is the devil.
