drank Paris by Harney & Sons
1711 tasting notes

From the PTS TTB.

I had a cup of this earlier today. Added a little creamer, a couple of ice cubes and downed it pretty quickly on my way out the door. I was surprised to get nothing more than what tastes like a mild breakfast tea. I didn’t taste any flavoring, just the tea. I’m not sure how old this tea is since it is in a traveling box, but I wasn’t impressed. If I cross paths with it again I may give it another go, but I’m not going to seek it out.

Sorry you didn’t get to taste it because this is a really good tea. Surely this was an old sample! Paris has a decent amount of added flavor.

TeaBrat

I agree with ashmanra. Paris usually has a lot of flavor, even the decaf version is good.

After I wrote this note I saw that I had tried it before and had a similar impression. I can’t remember where I got that sample, but this tea is on a loosing streak with me!

My name is Dustin and I like tea.

I’m an added flavor kind of tea fan, but have had a growing appreciation for plain. I want my tea to remind me of cookies and cakes with coconut and almond slices with a hint of chocolate drizzled on top. I want dancing ponies and flying monkeys shooting off fireworks! And no hibiscus. Hibiscus is the devil.
