I hoarded a couple bags of this a few years ago which just emerged from the back of a hidden cupboard. I think I used to take sugar with this tea which intensified the fruit flavors, but I have mostly weaned myself off sugar in my tea making this cup a slightly different experience than before. I’m surprised to see that the flavors have held up so well over the years! I’m still getting the strong floral/fruitiness from the blackcurrant. I don’t tend to gravitate towards white teas, feeling that they are too light and lack the hearty depth that I like in blacks, but this one is still a winner in my book.

I’m an added flavor kind of tea fan, but have had a growing appreciation for plain.
