I didn’t realize I still had some of this hidden in my cupboard! A fine example of the downsides of having an out of control tea collection. It’s hot tonight so an iced tea was in order. I’m having this without additives and it’s feeling pretty refreshing. The cherry is tart, but bright with the tartness intensifying at the end of the sip and lingering on the finish. I can’t say that I’ve had cherries that taste like this and wonder what variety Lupicia is basing this flavor off of. Either way, I like it.
