Advent day 5. This is a super mellow sencha. It doesn’t have that grassy bite that some senchas have. It’s smooth and almost buttery. It’s nice, but sencha isn’t my favored type of tea. I’m not able to find any info for this tea on Theodor’s website. Strange.
