I probably won’t repurchase this, even though it made for a pleasant, complex and interesting cup. At first sip I was expecting a cool, smooth, green tea and mint, but it’s more of a warming, spicy blend. It definitely has a cardamom, clove, ginger, cinnamon-ish, chai spiciness thing going on, and an almost honeyed sweetness, along with a smooth peppermint finish. The ginger reminds me of thai food, and it has something of a strange aftertaste, but it’s not unpleasant. I do sort of like the interesting feel of this where it makes me feel hot (from the spices) and cold (from the mint) at the same time. Very interesting and boldly flavored.

I’m honestly not incredibly knowledgeable about teas. My experience with tea is mainly with Adagio when I am in the States and DavidsTea when I am in Canada. DavidsTea made me fall in love with tea. I was initially seduced by their cake flavored teas and then started branching out and finding more and more to love. I like all of their bright colors and seasonal mugs, and I enjoy their fun ‘flavored teas’ as much as their more traditional teas. I figure this is at least a good starting point :)
