I enjoyed three pie flavored teas today. Fruit Pie Chai is my favorite. I prefer this tea cold brewed rather than hot. It is fruity and creamy. It does have a pie flavor. The combination of spices is not too strong it gives it a pastry flavor. I had this tea for a couple of years but forgot about it. I forgot how delicious it was. I also enjoyed Spiced Pumpkin Pie from Bird and Blend and Sweet Potato Pie from David’s Tea. I enjoyed National Pie Day.

I love this matcha. I got it in my Sipsby box. I love the rich dark chocolate flavor. First time had it as an iced matcha latte with a little sweetener. This time I had it as a hot latte with oat milk and mixed it with peppermint honey and topped with peppermint sprinkles. It is delicious this way too. I will definitely buy a bag of this matcha it is one of my favorites.

Finally trying Banana Matcha from the Matcha Advent Calendar. I tried it first as an iced latte with oat milk. It had a faint banana flavor. I like it better as a smoothie with a banana and strawberries. I like the Banana Matcha better from 3 Leaf it has a more intense and natural banana flavor. I still like the flavored matcha’s from David’s Tea but I like the matcha’s better from 3 Leaf. I like that there is no sugar and it’s more natural flavor. I have only tried three flavors but I will eventually buy more once I sip down more matcha’s I have.

I was at World Market today and I had to buy this tea because of the cute tin! I have tried the Earl Grey tea bags from Ahmad and really liked it. First time I have bought loose leaf tea from them. I am enjoying it as a latte with vanilla honey and it’s really good. My favorite Earl Grey teas are still from Stash and Harney and Sons but this one is really good. Has a light floral flavor which is interesting because it has no flowers in it. I would buy this tea again. They have three other loose leaf teas I want to try too.

March 2023- International Irish Whiskey Day
Not whiskey but bourbon. Not my favorite bourbon tea but not bad. I do not like it straight black. It tastes so much better with black walnut bourbon sugar and creamer. The flavor is strong so the creamer makes it better. I don’t like this tea as well hot. It tastes better cooled off. My favorite bourbon teas are Low Country from August Uncommon and Father’s Day from Harney and Sons. I have had two sample bags of this tea over two years though so I need to sip it down.

Decided to have Blueberry Pancake tea to celebrate pancake day. Not my favorite pancake tea but it’s not bad. My favorite is Strawberry & Nutella Pancake and Bacon & Blueberry Mashup from Bird and Blend. I have had this tea for two years and it is still good. Enjoying it with maple sugar. It says on the website that it is good with milk but it has hibiscus in it so I wouldn’t take a chance. I will also have to try it cold brewed.

I ordered a four cup sampler of this tea. I wish I had a bigger bag it is delicious. Tastes like a peanut butter cookie. Delicious as a hot latte I will have to try as an iced latte too. It is seasonal part of the Girl Scout cookie collection. I have only tried this one and oatmeal raisin cookie. I ordered a larger bag of the Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. Wish I could order the combo pack to try all the teas but I will have to wait till next year I have ordered too many teas lately.

I really like this tea. The tea bag smells amazing. Nice buttery caramel flavor with chai spices I like it even better as a latte with almond milk and maple sugar. The maple sugar really brings out the other flavors. I would buy again but I have a lot of herbal and decaf teas to sip down first.

Enjoying this tea iced I don’t think I would like it hot. I have a sample from the Valentines collection. Delicious cherry and banana flavor. Does not taste artificial at all. The banana flavor is light but it tastes like the real thing. I like banana teas but I’m picky. I will order again but it’s seasonal so it will have to be next year. I have a lot of fruit teas to have iced.
