I love how sweet this tea smells, like riped, cooked fruit. But there’s also a faint floral scent that sneaks in underneath, making think that I’ve maybe buried my nose in a bunch of fresh-picked flowers. At this steeping time the flavour was more baked than fruity, but as the tea cooled the sweetness slowly worked its way back in. A definite win for H&S.
