68 Tasting Notes
Well, the Brewers better win tonight because my fragile little heart can’t take it if we get eliminated at this point. So I wanted something calming and comforting, and this tea fits the bill. Smells super sweet but tastes pleasant and warm. I’m usually not a fan of all things honey, but the notes in this tea are subtle and tantalizing.
C’mon team, DO SOMETHING!
Flavors: Chamomile, Honey, Licorice, Vanilla
I think as far as lemony green teas go, this one is slightly below average. While the aroma of the lemon is present, it’s often hard to pinpoint. The tea itself lacks a certain boldness that I enjoy and ultimately ends up tasting like slightly lemony hot water.
Flavors: Lemon
A tasty combination of green tea and black currant. I didn’t realize what I’d been missing out on by having never tried this flavor before.
Side note – my mom uses black currant when she makes pickles and they are some of THE BEST pickles I’ve ever had.
Flavors: Black Currant
I would have liked the flavors to be stronger. The orange certainly comes through but the cinnamon and spices leave much to be desired. I think this one would taste better as a cold tea, will have to try that at some point to confirm.
Flavors: Cinnamon, Clove, Orange, Rooibos
