Went here while on a 3 day visit to Victoria. Went for breakfast the first day, and went back 3 times! Everything in the case does taste as good as it looks. The scones are just wonderful. Tea served on a silver tray-how nice. I loved the food and atmosphere. Fun to sit and drink my tea and look out the window. I wish I could go for a bite there right now!

The setting for tea at the Fairmont Empress is just lovely! The history, the people, it is all so grand! The food is very good. They do a wonderful job catering to people who are gluten free-we had a lady at our table. They do a wonderful job catering to people in general. I really enjoyed my time and tea there!

This is the way tea should be! I LOVE the Lincoln Room. Stumbled upon while strolling around West Chester, PA. Service was amazing, atmosphere was so quaint and elegant. Food was fresh, homemade, and Incredible! I can not say enough. Sadly, I got an email from them saying that they are going to be closing in May 2014. I can’t believe it-I just found you! There is a chance that they may remain open, but it seems small. They said to look on their website. Go here before they close. It is just perfect!

I went here after Thanksgiving 2013 with a party of 7. We made a reservation the day before and felt lucky to be able to get in as they are busy this time of year. The tea room was nice. Modern/elegant feel to it. Would of made a great setting for a reception. Food was OK, I liked it, but nothing special I felt. Tea was not really served, water was placed on the table with tea bags near by. They have a really nice gift shop. I think what I missed was warmness. When I left, I felt like I was a number in the total count for the day. Sorry.

I have been a tea drinker for a very long time. My Grandmother got me started with Lipton, complete with cream and sugar, when I was 8 yrs old. I have only continued my obsession through the years. I have been really into Rooibos lately, flavored almost always! I tend to drink a lot of flavored tea, to help me cut down on the sugar I use and do not need! Cheers!
