I purchased this tea because it sounded like it would be AWESOME iced, and with the warm weather on its way (I think its on its way, although based on the weather of the last couple of days, you’d think it’s still autumn), I wanted to have a few teas in my stash for iced tea brewing.

And this seems made for iced tea. The flavors are a bit less distinct when its hot, but as it cools they really come to life. The pineapple and blueberry are pretty evenly paired here. The pineapple stays throughout the entire sip, and lingers into the aftertaste, but it is lighter than the burst of blueberry flavor that I taste just after the start but slowly subsides toward the end of the sip. It is sweet and tart, but, not too tart.

A very nice tea. Good hot, even better cold.

I am obsessed with tea!

The reason I’m no longer writing for SororiTea Sisters is because I am now the Mad Tea Artist for 52Teas:

I’ll still be posting occasional reviews on teas here on Steepster, mostly backlogged reviews because I’m way behind on getting reviews posted. That’s why I’m keeping two accounts active at the current time – so that I can get those backlogged reviews posted.

My favorite teas are Yellow Teas with most Oolong teas at a close second. As far as “flavored” teas go, I love Earl Grey, Chocolate and Jasmine teas.

I also am intrigued by flavored teas with an unusual or unique flavor combination, which is why I was very excited to be the Mad Tea Artist of 52Teas!
