4843 Tasting Notes
This is one of the samples I purchased with the Steepster Select way, way, way back when!
I haven’t tried it until now – but I wish I had! It’s really GOOD! Yummy! Delicious!
It is very harmonious – lightly spicy, lightly sweet. I love this!
Preparation
This is one of the most unusual tisanes I’ve ever encountered. It tastes like coffee!
The dandelion in the blend seems to lend a somewhat bitter tone to the background that is very coffee-ish, and the wattleseed is malty and nutty and adds a rich flavor that is also very coffee-ish. The cinnamon is distinctive and delicious.
It is very good! Surprisingly good.
Preparation
Very minty! Probably the most minty tea that wasn’t an herbal tea.
I think what I like best about this blend is the wintergreen. I mean, I’ve had blends with spearmint and peppermint, but not so many with wintergreen. The wintergreen gives it that crisp scent and flavor that reminds me of Beechnut Wintergreen gum (something that is very difficult to find these days).
Delicious. I like this much better than I thought I would, and I knew I’d like it!
Preparation
This is a really good Earl Grey. Not overly bergamot-y, no perfume-y aftertaste, just delicious bergamot flavor that is sweet yet tart with a hint of sharpness. Lovely!
The black tea base is strong and solid without getting in the way of the bergamot.
Delightful!
Delicious!
I just got finished writing a full-length review for this one that will be published soon on the Tea Review Blog. I really like the addition of the apricot to the classic flavor combination of ginger and peach. It adds a very pleasing depth of flavor to the fruit.
Nicely balanced. Lovely, comforting, delicious!
Preparation
This has a pleasant blackberry scent and delicious blackberry taste. A nice balance between tea and berry. It’s sweet with a little bit of tart. Not a lot of astringency with this cup.
A very pleasant tea.
Preparation
I think I’m enjoying this cup better than the previous attempts that I’ve had with this tea. I can taste the chocolate and bacon much better today.
Quite yummy.
Seriously no actual bacon in this!? LOL – Last I knew it was soy…might have to double check with Frank…
OK, so while I’m sipping this, I can’t help but hum this tune:

Why? I don’t know. Rooibos and Octopus don’t even sound the same. But, yeah, maybe it’s just late and I should go to bed. But, I still need to watch FRINGE! So no bedtime for me just yet.
I LOVE this blend. It is SO GOOD. I think this is my last of the samplings that I had from Urban Tea, but I do believe it is my favorite of the bunch. Delicious! I love the combination of coconut and lavender. It’s absolutely brilliant.
Preparation
Absolutely lovely!
The jasmine and lavender are the strongest components in this blend, but they don’t really compete… rather, they seem to work together harmoniously to create one of the most beautiful flavors that ever graced a teacup!
The green tea tastes lightly sweet with very little (meaning, barely any at all) vegetative flavor. Just smooth, sweet deliciousness.
I don’t like this one better than my own blend by Madam Potts – because, well, that one was for me – but, this one comes in pretty close. I do love this!
