I made up a pitcher of this yesterday and it was so delicious! Wonderfully rich berry flavours without the usual tartness from my other teas (I realize now that tartness is hibiscus. Damn you, hibiscus). Next step is to try it hot, but I’m already planning on picking up more when I’m next at DAVIDsTEA.

ETA: Now I see that this tea does have hibiscus. Somehow the berries overpower it. I don’t know. FOOD SCIENCE IS MAGICAL.

Growing up, tea was either black & strong or weak and herbal. It was only in the last five years that I discovered the joys of loose leaf tea and that tea can be incredibly delicious.

I love all kinds of tea, but I am currently on the lookout for the perfect peach iced tea. Diet Snapple Peach Tea is one of my favourite all time beverages and it’s so hard to find! I’d love to be able to brew my own and drink it all day, every day.
