190 Tasting Notes
I’ve enjoyed this tea personally for the past week, but haven’t wrote a review because I just wanted to sip on it without having to think about it too much. This tea makes me feel , awake and cleansed in a strange way, because I’ve never felt that way with many teas. I’m sitting outside right now, with my cup of TKY and even though it isn’t sitting close to me,the smell is entrancing and is pulling me in for more and more. The smell alone gives this tea an A.

Really diggin’ this tea tonight. Maybe it’s the rain and thunder outside that pairs so well with my cup of oolong, but regardless of the weather, this a great tea! I’m pleasantly surprised with Utopian Tea. This oolong is a little laid back, but I like it. There is an underlying, slight astringency, that pairs with some honey, earthy and floral notes in the taste. FInally, the smell of the steeped liquor is just intoxicating, it brings me in craving sip after sip. :)
After a long day, I decided to ice this tea for a treat. Mmm! What a good idea it was to ice this. I like the the jasmine isn’t as prevalent as in some other green/jasmine teas. The jasmine flavor and the vegetal green tea flavors coincide very nicely. I will continue to sip this down too fast for my own good :)
I feel the same way about the Ti Kuan Yins I’ve tried.
