I think I may have brewed this at too high a temperature. That being said, it definitely doesn’t taste stewed or burnt. There’s a slight bitterness to it that seems to come from the spices rather than the tea itself.

I’m going to hold off on rating it until I’ve brewed at the right temp…cause as of right now, I’m not really enjoying this. But I am drinking it after the Masterpiece Chai, so maybe that’s coloring my opinion?

My love of tea started in 2001, whilst in an internship in London, England. I shared an office with a lovely man who would make me a cup of tea every morning without asking me if I even wanted it. I drink my tea neat now, because I’ve yet to find the sugar/milk combination that lives up to Pablo’s.
