Now this is a very nice tea. It has a copper red hue and smells very earthy. It has a sweet finish and is smooth with no bitterness at all. This tea actually has a caramel character which I have never tasted before. This is not a brisk robust breakfast tea. This is a tea to sit and linger over. Overall, one of the best teas I have ever drank. I followed directions on the packet for my first cup, but I intend to experiment a little with regards to temp and steep time in the future.
