Caffeine free version of chai. So probably not very traditional, but at least I can drink it in the evening as this one.
Cinnamon is 53 per cent of this blend. Huh, quite a lot. But I like cinnamon, so not a big deal. In scent it is remarkable, followed with ginger.
They suggest 7 minutes brew; 400 ml of water. Interesting setup, I just made less water. So it should be stronger then.
Brew colour – bronze, quite cloudy.
Taste – cinnamon is really dominant, so kinda sweet, ginger is weak on the other hand. I expected it much spicy, but it is really overwhelmed with that cinnamony sweetness. I probably expected something stronger on flavour profile, but this is not it.
I know this review is rather short, but I am just writing it as I knew I added this tea and I don´t want left it blank. Moreover, trying to keep the log at least bit actual.
