SIPDOWN
Another tea gone. Much needed, as my cupboard is a bit full.

I decided to brew the rest using grandpa method. I have to say, it is a not bad choice!

First steep was prety much full of forest floor flavour and grassy, some pine as well. Pretty much enjoyable. Not that deep as gongfu method though, but well, it was good.

Second steep was somehow citrusy with green notes; as grassy and forest floor, much less the pine. Nice mouthfeel and very smooth flavour profile. None of those two steeps had the sawdust note I noticed last time.

I am kind of sad it’s gone.

Flavors: Forest Floor, Grass, Pine

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 10 OZ / 300 ML

I am drinking almost everything. Tea bag collector who moved to wonderful world of loose leaf.

Trying to rate differently tea bags and loose leaf as tea bags have usually worse quality.

Photographer now and then. Postcrossing and geocaching member. Very curious person. Logistics student (should finish in June 2021).

Buried in tea right now. Is in my cupboard (trying to be updated) which sparkled your interest? Write me, I would gladly share with you. But I don’t want anything in return now :)
