Mmmm, yum, grape! thanks for the sample Krystaleyn! I’ve been wanting to try some Butiki oolongs for a while. This one tastes just like grape bubble gum. I love grape bubble gum! I love this light oolong base lending its fresh greenness to a candy-like grape flavor that would otherwise be cloying.

This is really tasty! I cold brewed it over night, of course. It’s almost 100 here today! Green oolongs take really well to cold brewing. So do green teas. and white. not sure about dark oolongs. I think I’ll try it out on my mi lan dan cong. :)

Tomorrow’s gonna be another hot day so I’m sticking a few more teas into the fridge. I love my refrigerator. Do we ever really stop to think about how awesome it is? You can take away my electric lights, my clothes dryer, my microwave, even the computer… but not my refrigerator.

if you like actual concord grapes and that amazing flavor which comes from the skins, give Naivetea’s Koho Grape oolong a try..it was a North American Tea Championship contender and its sublte and nice

I came from a tea drinking family, but I never appreciated the different qualities and varieties of tea until older. All that time wasted! But I guess I needed to be mature enough to appreciate the tea experience. :)

My favorite teas are green oolongs and white tea. I also love greens, especially gyokuro. I have a huge appreciation for rooibos and honeybush as they are often that only thing I can drink in the evening. I am a relatively new convert to black teas. This is unfortunate for my wallet but extremely wonderful for my palate. :)

In any case, I have a love for both flavored and unflavored teas. They are different experiences for sure, but both enjoyable. I find that it often depends on my mood.

I am on a quest to find a tea that will win my husband over. I think I’m making some headway…
